Q: Who do I contact if I don’t see my correct clinical rotations in CATS?
A: Reach out to your Clerkship/Elective/Sub-I coordinator and they will work with the Registrar’s office and OIT as needed.
Q: My iPad was lost/stolen, what do I do?
A: Contact rwjappsupport@rwjms.rutgers.edu and include your Full Name, Net ID, Email, and phone number and iPad Serial Number if available. You are responsible for a like for like replacement device which you can purchase on your own.
Q: My iPad isn’t working, I think it’s a hardware issue, what do I do?
A: Contact the Apple Store directly. All RWJMS student issued iPads have 2 years of AppleCare+ and can be swapped out directly at the Apple Store if they are deemed defective. If you get a new device, contact rwjappsupport@rwjms.rutgers.edu after so we can get the apps added.
