Welcome to the Office of the Registrar at Robert Wood Johnson Medical School (RWJMS). Our primary mission is the maintenance, management and accountability of all student educational and academic records. We do this with the strong support of Student Affairs, the Office of Education, Financial Aid and our dedicated Faculty. The staff listed in our Office Directory are here to provide information and support to students, faculty and departments, as well as other institutions. Among the many services we provide are:

Transcript Requests

Official Transcript requests can be made On-Line (Transcripts.Rutgers.edu), or via Mail-In. There is a $7.00 Fee for each paper Transcript and a $10.00 Fee for each electronic Transcript requested for Alumni & former students. Currently enrolled students may request two (2) free Official Transcripts per academic year (September thru August). Additional requests will incur a $7.00 Fee for a paper Transcript and a $10.00 Fee for an electronic Transcript, each.

Medical Degree Verifications

If you need paperwork completed for an employer (e.g. degree verification) or a licensing body (e.g. state licensure), these forms must be mailed to our office or emailed to myRegistrar@rwjms.rutgers.edu.

Please be aware that, as of March 25, 2021, we will no longer be charging our alumni and former students a fee for the medical degree verifications. (This includes the verification forms, certified copy of the diploma, and dean's letter aka the MSPE.)
