IRETA - Scaife Advanced Medical Student Assistantship in Alcohol

and Other Drug Dependancy


The Scaife Family Foundation, in conjunction with the Institute for Research, Education, and Training in Addictions (IRETA), is offering a summer clerkship/assistantship program in Chemical Dependency Treatment. The program offers clinical and educational experiences in topical areas in alcohol and other drug treatment. In order to optimize the clinical experience of the participants, six students will be accepted for each session.


Two three-week sessions:

Session 1:  June 2-20, 2014    
Session 2:  July 7-25, 2014      


$150 per week stipend and a $200 transportation allowance for a total of $650 for the three weeks. Rooms and meals are also provided.
